Job at a Glance
- Location: Full-time, fully remote. Open to candidates licensed in CA, residing in CA, NM, NV, FL, or TX.
- Pay: $165,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a true salary, not pay per session.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am - 6pm Pacific Time with a one-hour lunch. An alternative Monday-Thursday schedule is available. Remote doesn't mean "set your own schedule": our NPs work a consistent, structured weekly schedule that ensures continuity of care and team collaboration.

What You'll Do
- Conduct telehealth evaluations, assessments, and medication management sessions to clients located in CA.
- Collaborate with therapists and our supervising psychiatrist to provide integrated care
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation in the EMR
- Provide psychoeducation to patients and families
- Stay current with psychiatric care practices, telehealth trends, and CME requirements
Requirements
Essential:
- Comfort with a high client load on busy days, with a salaried, non-per-session pay structure
- Reliability and personal responsibility: you're consistent, follow through, and manage your time, caseload, and clinical notes without constant oversight
- Active NP license in CA, and PMHNP certification in good standing
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
Also required:
- Strong clinical judgment and understanding of psychiatric medications
- Solid telehealth skills, including comfort with EMRs and virtual platforms
- Clear, compassionate communication with patients and team members
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to a collaborative care team
- Commitment to delivering equitable, effective care to diverse communities
