Skills/Capabilities/Technical: - Broad understanding of key principles and practices in Human Resources Management
- Strong understanding of best practices in recruitment, including sourcing and screening strategies and technology
- Knowledge of employee relations practices, including workplace investigations, performance management, conflict resolution, and employment law compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Experience with ADP or other HRIS preferred

Compensation & Benefits CTA is committed to transparency and equitable pay practices. The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 – $115,000, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. This role may be eligible for bonus or additional compensation, where applicable.
