Description

Timbers Hospitality Group is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Accountant ready to take ownership of high-level accounting functions across our multi-location portfolio. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role reporting directly to the Controller, with a clear path to Assistant Controller for the right candidate.

Requirements

As Senior Accountant, you'll own key accounting functions supporting operations across seven-plus locations, working closely with the Controller and cross-functionally with department managers, directors, and officers. Core responsibilities include:

Manage corporate bank account activity and cash operations across multiple locations
Prepare and analyze revenue reports; audit gaming reports for accuracy and compliance
Consolidate invoices across locations and lead month-end close, including reconciliations of bank accounts, prepaids, corporate credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts
Manage fixed assets and related schedules
File monthly sales and use tax across jurisdictions
Assist in preparing month-end financial statements and support audit requests
Direct exposure to multi-entity, multi-location accounting — broader scope than a typical single-site accounting role
Specialized experience in gaming revenue reporting and compliance, a differentiated skill set in Nevada's hospitality market
A defined growth path to Assistant Controller within a stable, privately owned company
