POSITION SUMMARY
The Camp Hope Administrative Coordinator provides welcoming, professional front-office and administrative support for Camp Hope, the PTSD Foundation of America's flagship faith-based, peer-to-peer interim housing program for Veterans living with PTSD. Working under the direction of the Camp Hope Office Manager and following established procedures, this position answers calls, greets visitors, maintains schedules and records, supports supply and vendor coordination, and assists with facility access recordkeeping. The role recognizes and promptly escalates crisis-related calls or visits consistent with the Foundation's established protocols; it does not provide counseling, clinical, or crisis-intervention services. Within 12 months of hire, the Administrative Coordinator must obtain certification as a Mental Health Peer Specialist (MHPS) to strengthen the peer-to-peer culture that is central to the Foundation's model.
MISSION AND FAITH-BASED IDENTITY
PTSD Foundation of America's culture and mission are rooted in Christian principles and a commitment to serving Veterans with compassion and integrity. This faith-based identity informs how the Foundation leads, serves, and supports its workforce.

Employees are expected to respect the Foundation's faith-based identity and carry out their job-related responsibilities consistent with its mission, values, Code of Conduct, and service standards. Any position-specific religious duties or faith qualification must be documented as job-related, stated in the applicable posting, and approved by Human Resources and Compliance before recruitment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Maintain filing and record-keeping systems according to established procedures and records access controls, and prepare routine administrative reports.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and in-kind items, and enter and update information in Foundation systems such as DonorPerfect, inFlow, and JotForm according to established procedures.
- Monitor office supply inventory, prepare purchase requests within approved procedures, and report office equipment and technology issues to the IT function.
