- Key Responsibilities
- Process Analysis: Learn how to review business operations and identify automation opportunities.
- Bot Development: Build simple automation workflows using tools like PEGA Pega Robotic Process Automation, C#, Python.
- Testing & Debugging: Run test scripts, identify errors in bot execution, and fix basic bugs.
- Documentation: Create solution design documents (SDD) and user manuals detailing step-by-step bot logic.
- Maintenance: Monitor deployed bots and assist in troubleshooting operational failures.
