Use your skills to maintain accurate records and help coordinate clinical operations, staffing records, quality assurance, regulatory tracking, and corporate reporting. This role requires strict compliance with HIPAA, facility security policies, and regulatory standards.

What you will do
- Provide administrative support to the HSA, DON, and medical leadership team.
- Manage departmental calendars, meeting coordination, and conference scheduling.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action trackers.
- Maintain organized medical department filing systems (electronic and hard copy).
- Draft professional correspondence, memos, reports, and corrective action documentation. Proofread material to verify accuracy.
- Assist with corporate reporting submissions and data collection requests.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits/surveys.
- Track policy review dates and maintain master policy logs.
- Maintain credentialing and licensure records for medical staff.
- Track license expiration dates and continuing education documentation.
- Maintain appropriate medical and dental supplies as well as office supplies.
- Log and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, answer telephone, and convey messages.
- Maintain log for medical restrictions.
- Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.
- The incumbent is required to work overtime when directed to do so.
- Maintain patient records and files; observe applicable HIPAA laws.
- Check medical equipment and purchasing as per requirements.
- It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her scope of work as determined by management.
Education and Experience Requirements: What you will need
- High school diploma or GED
- One year varied clerical experience,
- US citizenship or lawful US permanent resident
- Academic training in medical technology is highly desired.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
