Unit Description
Delaware North is the concessions and retail partner at Bridgestone Arena dating back to 1996. The multipurpose venue is home to the NHL's Nashville Predators. We manage concession outlets and four clubs, including an exclusive lounge offering an all-inclusive food and beverage experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with the training and development of Delaware North team members
- Support the team with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests
- Prepare pre-employment paperwork and initiate the new hire process for incoming team members
- Maintain employee training records and ensure team members receive refresher training when required
- Follow compliance and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Working knowledge of HR and employment laws is a plus
- No experience or diploma required
