As aMajor Accounts Managerfor Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Owners at CoStar, you willbe responsible forgrowing the relationships with the largest and most important Owners nationwide. You will lead the national sales strategy and goals with theobjectiveof growing CoStar revenue while ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our key CRE Owners nationwide.
This role will be based in one of major offices in Texas: Dallas, Austin or Houston.
- 24-months in a revenue generating role at CoStar Group consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
All applicants
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience.
- 3+ years of selling into large national accounts at the C-level.
- Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
- Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
- Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start. Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.
Effective internal relationship building skills (superiors, peers, teams, company-wide) andexternally(sales channels, customers, etc.).
