As an Accounting Clerk II, you will support both day-to-day functionality of the Accounts Payable process and have the opportunity to grow problem solving and analysis skills.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Provide support to Accounts Payable, including invoice entry into ERP system, purchase receipt matching, statement reconciliation, and vendor inquiry resolution.
- Maintain daily cash activity by updating bank transactions, processing check clearing, and ensuring accurate account coding.
- Review and reconcile corporate credit card statements, sales and use tax reports, and weekly freight expenses.
- Support month-end close activities through journal entry preparation/upload and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
- Perform monthly and quarterly general ledger account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and distribute assigned financial reports.
- Provide support for audits as needed.
What You’ll Need:
- Associate's degree required
- Intermediate computer proficiency with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- Speed and accuracy in data entry, with the ability to review / audit while entering.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
