| Talent Acquisition Partner Regular Full-Time Des Moines, Iowa What You'll Do We?re seeking a dynamic individual to join our Talent Acquisition Team! Come be part of a collaborative talent acquisition team that?s passionate about hiring top talent and creating a positive candidate experience ? We make Principal better with each hire! In this role, you?ll partner with leaders across the Accounting, Audit and Risk communities, developing and executing recruiting strategies to attract top talent. You?ll also have the opportunity to support hiring for a variety of roles across the organization, gaining exposure to multiple business lines and talent markets. You?ll collaborate closely with hiring leaders to understand their needs, create sourcing strategies to build inclusive candidate pools, assess, and interview talent, and manage the full life cycle recruiting process. This role plays a critical part in shaping our workforce and driving company success through effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate for this role will be consultative in approach, skilled at influencing leaders at all levels, and comfortable defining creative solutions that balance both speed and quality. Key accountabilities: Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and develop targeted strategies. Source and engage through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and a CRM tool. Screen applications to identify qualified candidates and assess talent thru a structured interview process. Own the full lifecycle of the recruiting process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices. Must have previous corporate recruiting and/or staffing firm experience doing full cycle recruiting. Previous experience recruiting for accounting roles is highly desirable. Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to establish rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and communication skills, along with strong decision-making and project management skills. Proven dedication to understanding business needs and achieving the company's talent acquisition objectives. Attention to detail and ability to operate with a sense of urgency and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Technically savvy and adaptable to change. High degree of confidentiality. Skills That Will Help You Stand Out Experience assessing talent thru a structured interview process Previous experience with recruiting technologies such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and video interviewing (HireVue) Demonstrable track record of sourcing passive talent thru various tools such as a LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, etc. Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $86450 - $116850 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don?t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible Yes Work Environments Our global headquarters is in Des Moines, IA. Working a hybrid schedule (three days in office) in Des Moines is highly preferred, but open to remote talent as well.
