| Senior Salesforce Engineer Remote, United States | Remote What You'll Do We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in Service Cloud and experience delivering scalable, solutions on the Salesforce platform. You have hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and is eager to use Agentforce (AI agents) and Einstein (AI-driven insights) to transform customer service workflows. We are looking for a balance of technical leadership, hands-on coding, and collaboration with admins, architects. You will design and implement custom solutions that case management, automation, and AI-driven support experiences.. This will report to the Manager of Business Technology This is a remote opportunity. #LI-remote This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. What Your Responsibilities Will Be Solution Design ? Lead development of custom Salesforce Service Cloud solutions (case routing, knowledge management, omnichannel). ? Build Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). ? Extend and customize Einstein for Service features (e.g., case classification, next best action, article recommendations). ? Design and deploy Agentforce-powered autonomous agents to improve customer interactions and service processes. System Architecture and Integrations ? Collaborate with architects to define scalable technical solutions. ? Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, telephony, chatbots, and data platforms). ? Ensure solutions follow governor limits, security best practices, and enterprise coding standards. Test & Release Management ? Write unit and integration tests (≥75% code coverage). ? Support QA and UAT cycles, troubleshoot issues, and deploy fixes. ? Manage deployments by CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, or equivalent). Collaboration and Leadership ? Partner with admins, business analysts, and product managers to refine requirements. ? Mentor junior developers, provide code reviews, and enforce best practices. ? Document technical designs, configurations, and deployment processes. Optimization & AI Enablement ? Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and increase Service Cloud configurations. ? Research and implement new Salesforce AI capabilities (Agentforce, Einstein Copilot) to enhance automation and productivity. What You?ll Need To Be Successful 5+ years Salesforce development experience, with a focus on Service Cloud. Code expertise: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs. Experience with Service Cloud features: Omni-Channel, Case Management, Knowledge, CTI/Telephony, Service Console. Hands-on experience with Agentforce or Einstein preferred (AI agent design, case classification, AI insights). Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins) and Agile delivery.
