We?re looking for a Director of Recruiting Operations to own the playbook for how we hire: the tools, the data, the process, and the experience. Reporting to FBG?s VP of Talent Acquisition, this leader will be the architect of a modern, tech-forward recruiting system that fuels our ability to attract the best of the best?from engineers to marketers to game-changing operators.

Responsibilities


Run the Tech Stack Like a Pro

Own our ATS, CRM, sourcing, scheduling, and AI tools?making sure they work together like a championship team.

Stay ahead of the curve with the latest recruiting tech and partnerships.

Maximize ROI while constantly looking for ways to level up.


Design the Recruiting Playbook

Build scalable, consistent processes across teams and markets.

Eliminate friction for hiring managers and candidates?making every interaction feel seamless.

Anticipate bottlenecks and engineer solutions that keep us moving fast without sacrificing quality.


Turn Data Into Game-Winning Insights

Own our recruiting dashboards, funnel metrics, and predictive analytics.

Deliver insights that help leaders call the right plays on workforce planning.

Track what matters: speed, quality, cost, diversity, and business impact.


Lead Change Like a Coach

Drive adoption of tools and processes through clear communication and enablement.

Build trust with stakeholders and create momentum for new ways of working.

Push for continuous improvement, always looking to raise the bar.


Experience and Skills

10+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Ops, or People Ops; 5+ years leading at scale.

Deep expertise in ATS/CRM systems, automation, and data visualization (think Greenhouse, Oracle, GEM, Tableau or similar).

Experience scaling TA operations in high-growth or complex businesses.

A data-driven mindset with the ability to connect insights to business outcomes.

Strong communicator and influencer who can build alignment across tech, people, and business leaders.

Passion for innovation, sports, and delivering best-in-class experiences.


Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings



Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $143,000 to $206,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed). About the Team
Launched in 2021, Fanatics Betting and Gaming is the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics, a global digital sports platform. The Fanatics Sportsbook is available to 95% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the U.S. Fanatics Casino is currently available online in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Fanatics Betting and Gaming operates twenty-two retail sports betting locations, including the only sportsbook inside an NFL stadium at Northwest Stadium. Fanatics Betting and Gaming is headquartered in New York with offices in Denver, Leeds and Dublin.
