About AllCare.ai

AllCare.ai delivers coordinated care to seniors in assisted living and skilled nursing communities across Southern California. Our services include Primary Care, Psychiatry, Podiatry, Cardiology, Diagnostics, Wound Care, and Care Management, supported by a 24/7 medical concierge. Our platform handles documentation and compliance so providers can focus on high-quality care. Clinical services are delivered through our affiliated medical group, Dazzle Health, P.C.

Role Overview

We are building an in-house Specialty Pod so our senior patients can see a specialist quickly, without long waits or insurance roadblocks. The Pod covers the cognitive specialties: Cardiology, Nephrology, Neurology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Sleep Medicine, Infectious Disease and Rheumatology. We are seeking a part-time Neurologist (MD/DO) to lead its neurology line. Most visits are by telehealth, with a Care Partner at the patient's bedside. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with Dazzle Health, P.C. You will be credentialed and bill under Dazzle Health's group NPI, so we handle payer enrollment, billing and collections. You will set the care plan; a nurse practitioner and our care team carry out the follow-through.
