Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatry

We are a fast growing & vibrant group practice that provides psychiatric services in assisted living & long-term care facilities throughout NY & NJ. Our well-respected group has been providing services for 14 years and currently has 35 NP's on the team. The NP's are supported by our 2 psychiatrists. Experienced clinicians can have relative autonomy if you are comfortable with the patients & geriatric psychopharmacology. New employees / new graduates have tremendous support by our clinical staff and rounding & collaboration directly w/our senior clinical staff. Need to discuss a case or get advice on how to deal w/a difficult patient, family, or facility staff? You can call our doctors directly and get the assistance & support that you need. As I mentioned, you will have extensive clinical support (direct collaboration) but also administrative support - so you can focus on patient care.

This position is perfect for someone who is motivated, self-directed, and prefers not to sit in the same office day after day.
