About the Role

We are seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to assist with travel coordination and client support. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to provide timely communication throughout the travel planning experience.

Key Duties

Support clients with travel scheduling and reservation updates
Coordinate accommodations, transportation, and itinerary components
Assist with travel-related documentation and confirmations
Monitor upcoming travel plans and communicate necessary updates
Maintain accurate client information and records

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
