Ford Business Solutions is looking for a
Digital Marketing Incentive Coordinator
to join our Marketing & Sales team in our Váci Greens office.
What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?
Contribute to the newly established Digital incentive processes by marketing/incentive program setup in dedicated system (Vincent) including program writing, testing and checking against approved proposal
Coordinate and launch incentives for new products in E-Commerce/Build&Price/Inventory showroom
Monitor active incentives on live websites and verify pricing accuracy against approved proposals.
Cross skill team coordination of incentive updates across European markets
Actively participate in developing new processes/templates
Document, test, coordinate the implementation of process changes
Assist Campaigns Management/Marketing/Sales/Finance with reports to effectively manage the marketing programs
Effectively communicate with Marketing/Sales/Finance/Campaigns Management Team to be aware of all key issues
- Ensure compliance with corporate requirements (lnternal Control)
What are the requirements for the position?
Fluency in English; good command of French/Spanish/Italian/German is an advantage
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or other related fields
Persistent attitude, monotony tolerance - excellent administrative skills
Strong business and customer focus, good presentation skills
Analytical mindset, structured thinking, ability to understand and improve processes
Project mindset – ability to handle complex task simultaneously
Work experience in Marketing/Sales/Finance is a plus
Occasional travel within Europe may be required
- Interest in and aptitude for using IT tools, e.g., Python
