POSITION SUMMARY

The IT Systems Administrator Supervisor will be responsible for managing the IT team to resolve incoming user support requests regarding hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies.

PAY TRANSPARENCY/COMPENSATION

$70,304 Annually

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages and supervises the daily functions of the projects IT team
Ensures all user accounts and groups are maintained and updated on the project
Ensures project’s computers, servers, and network devices are setup and configured correctly and maintained
Ensures current and new Windows Workstations are configured, managed, and maintained as needed
Updates, manages, and trains personnel on the projects CMMS (Shopfax) system
Runs projects CMMS (Shopfax) reports as required
Ensures all project sites receive IT support with, computers, monitors, printers, and CMMS (Shopfax)
Maintains accountability and ordering of computer hardware and software inventory
Reconcile and distribute IT vendor invoices
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.
Other duties as assigned by the Projects Director and/or Project Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in related field of work preferred
Five years of Project/Program IT support experience required
CMMS (Shopfax) system experience preferred
Ability to test software and hardware to evaluate ease of use and whether product will aid user in performing work
Technical support experience:
- Microsoft Office Suite 365
- Microsoft Windows 2022 Server
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange
Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion
Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
