Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to start their career in production and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced creative environment. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of the production process, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output.
Responsibilities
- - - - Assist project managers in developing project plans and schedules.
        Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion of tasks.
        Track project progress and prepare status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
        Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and vendors.
        Organize and maintain project documentation and records for easy access.
Qualifications

        Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members.
        Basic understanding of production processes and equipment is a plus.
