Our client seeks an Office Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position is in the office 5 days a week.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative, reception, and office support responsibilities. Bilingual candidates and those with prior law firm experience will be given preference.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary receptionist, welcoming clients, visitors, and vendors.
Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Monitor office supply inventory and submit purchase requests as needed.
Assist with employee timekeeping and clock-in/clock-out administration.
Maintain an organized and professional office environment.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room usage.
Support attorneys and staff with general administrative tasks.
Scan, file, copy, and organize documents and records.
Assist with special projects and day-to-day office operations as assigned.

Qualifications

Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, front desk, or office support role.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
Law firm or professional services experience is a plus.
