POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration and execution of core HR functions across the organization. This role manages the HR Hub ticketing system to ensure smooth operations, supports HR processes and integration for mergers, acquisitions, and assists with employee relations, leave administration, and compliance requirements. The HR Manager serves as a key resource for employees and operational leaders, ensuring accurate processing of HR transactions and successful integration of new entities into the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage daily operations of the HR Hub ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient case resolution, and timely responses to employee inquiries.
- Process HR transactions related to promotions, transfers, employment status changes, compensation adjustments, and payroll coordination.
- Oversee employee onboarding administration, including preparation of welcome materials, coordination of orientation sessions, and HRIS data entry for mergers, acquisitions, and de novo projects.
- Support HR functions for mergers, acquisitions, and de novo projects, assisting with job mapping, employee record integration, and compliance documentation.
- Lead HR project management efforts, tracking deliverables, integration calls, and maintaining status reports for acquisitions, de novo development, and joint ventures.
- Administer employee relations procedures, providing guidance on workplace policies, performance documentation, and issue resolution.
- Conduct or support investigations related to employee concerns, escalating complex cases to HR leadership when necessary.
- Manage leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and Workers’ Compensation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain HR policies and documentation, updating standard operating procedures to align with employment laws and organizational guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations, overseeing accurate record-keeping and responding to audits or agency inquiries.
- Handle unemployment claims and employment verification requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses to external inquiries.
- Provide administrative support for talent development programs, assisting with new hire training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with operational leaders, offering procedural guidance and driving efficiencies in HR transactions and processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned, supporting organizational HR functions and ensuring compliance with internal standards.
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. Three to five years of professional Human Resources experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting M&A or healthcare ventures. HR Certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRH-CP/SCP). Experience with HRIS systems and service ticketing platforms.
