Loveland Innovations is the maker of IMGING, the leading property inspection software. Our technology uses AI (before it was cool), drones, smartphones, 3D models, and aerial data to make property data easy to get and easy to use. Our customers are insurance adjusters, roofing contractors, and solar installers who work faster and safer by adopting our platform. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the coolest technology around along with a proven management team.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to immediately contribute to our growth. The SDR is responsible for identifying and engaging roofing contractors throughout the United States. SDRs will work a combination of company-provided leads and self-generated prospects to build pipeline, schedule demonstrations, and close business.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, enjoys talking with people, is organized in their follow-up efforts, and is excited by performance-based compensation and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach

· Contact roofing contractors through phone, email, and other outreach channels

· Follow structured outreach sequences and sales processes

· Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects

· Conduct meaningful discovery conversations with prospective customers

· Research and identify new target accounts

Lead Generation

· Work company-provided lead lists

· Self-source new prospect opportunities

· Maintain accurate prospect information in CRM

· Continuously identify ways to improve lead quality and outreach effectiveness

Demo Scheduling

· Qualify prospects against company criteria

· Schedule product demonstrations with qualified contractors

· Confirm attendance and manage follow-up communications

· Maintain strong demo show rates

Sales & Revenue Generation

· Close smaller opportunities directly when appropriate

· Support the sales process from initial conversation through signed agreement

· Achieve monthly revenue and deal targets

CRM & Reporting

· Maintain accurate CRM records

· Track activities, conversations, demos, and opportunities

· Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions

· Provide market feedback and customer insights

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling

· Strong work ethic and positive attitude

· Ability to manage multiple follow-up activities simultaneously

· Comfortable learning and using CRM systems

· Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Preferred

· Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles

· Experience selling SMB services or software

· Roofing, construction, insurance, or contractor industry experience

· Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
