Serve as the primary liaison between GM, dealerships, and key business partners, building strategic relationships that drive performance, growth, and alignment with business objectives.

Analyze dealership performance, sales trends, market conditions, competitive activity, and customer satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions that drive business results.

Support the successful launch of new products, programs, and initiatives by coordinating sales, marketing, and communication efforts between dealerships, the independent aftermarket (IAM), and GM stakeholders.

Partner with dealerships to optimize vehicle and parts inventory management through forecasting, ordering, allocation, and inventory stabilization strategies.

Drive adoption and sales of GM vehicles, accessories, products, and services by identifying growth opportunities and executing territory-specific business plans.

Monitor dealership training participation and compliance with GM standards, identifying opportunities to enhance capability, knowledge, and performance.

Travel throughout the assigned territory to assess dealership operations, provide consultative support, and ensure execution of GM programs, initiatives, and performance expectations.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Proficiency in spreadsheet and reporting tools, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization; preferably with Google workspace
