Description

Solutionreach helps healthcare organizations modernize the way they communicate with patients, operate their practices, and grow.

Our platform brings together patient engagement, communication, scheduling, automation, payments, reputation management, and AI-powered capabilities to help practices reduce administrative burden and create better patient experiences.

We’re hiring an Account Executive to join our new business team.

This is a full-cycle, hunter-style sales role for someone who is energized by creating opportunities, running strong sales conversations, and closing business. You’ll be responsible for building pipeline through outbound prospecting while also working inbound and SDR-generated opportunities.

If you want to build strong SaaS sales fundamentals in a growing healthcare technology market, this is an opportunity to own the entire sales motion from first touch to signed agreement.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, self-sourced activity, referrals, and company-generated opportunities.
Own the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close.
Engage healthcare practice owners, operators, and decision-makers to understand their goals, challenges, and workflows.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect Solutionreach to meaningful business and patient outcomes.
Create urgency, manage objections, and maintain momentum throughout the buying process.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
Consistently work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
Partner closely with SDRs, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Sales Leadership to win new business.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, SaaS, or another quota-driven environment.
Comfortable with cold outreach and motivated by building your own pipeline.
Strong communication, discovery, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Competitive, resilient, accountable, and highly coachable.
Organized and able to manage prospecting activity alongside multiple active opportunities.
Comfortable working toward measurable pipeline and revenue goals.

Preferred

Previous AE, SDR, BDR, or quota-carrying sales experience.
Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions.
Experience selling into healthcare, dental, vision, medical, or other practice-based industries.

What Success Looks Like

Successful Account Executives at Solutionreach take ownership of their business. They consistently create pipeline, run thoughtful discovery, deliver compelling demos, follow up with purpose, maintain an accurate forecast, and confidently ask for the business.

Why Solutionreach?

Healthcare organizations are under increasing pressure to do more with less while meeting rising patient expectations.

Solutionreach helps practices simplify communication, automate work, improve access, and create a better experience for both patients and staff.

You’ll join a team that values strong execution, continuous improvement, and ownership. You’ll have the opportunity to develop across every part of the sales cycle and grow into larger, more complex opportunities as your skills develop.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, company holidays, ongoing sales development, and career growth opportunities.

Remote.
