As a person who thrives on the success of the team, I am seeking a passionate sales person who will push us to new levels in the Atlanta, GA area and surrounding markets. We have a HUGE opportunity to continue to recreate a NEW brand for our Staffing’s full range of high-tech IT, finance and healthcare staffing services.

As a Sales Executive, you will help to find great companies to partner with us in providing staff and other workforce solutions to take their company (and ours) to their maximum potential. You have to be relentless in holding a high standard, breaking through walls, and selling all that we have to offer. Sales Executives work hard to build a diverse portfolio of business and work with the recruiting team to provide top-notch talent and service to our customers. The human resource is the most valuable asset to any company, and it is our job to inform companies why we are the best at finding the right people for the right position!

Our Sales Executives are incented based on their performance and must continue to raise the bar each and every day. In this role, you will:
•        Identify target high tech IT, finance and healthcare accounts by utilizing supplied client profiles and industry tools and services.
•        Focus on developing rapport and building relationships with decision makers at target accounts (mid-level technology executives, Directors, CIO’s, Project Managers, CTO’s) primarily through phone conversations – but also email, text, other social media platforms along with in-person client visits and industry events.
•        Become a staffing partner by bringing finance, healthcare, IT / software / engineering expertise and technology insights to clients
•        Pursue contract staffing opportunities by applying software product cycle, migration and upgrade knowledge to prospecting efforts
•        Identify project-based staffing needs at target companies as well as existing clients
•        Participate actively in sales strategy meetings
•        Ensure client satisfaction through ongoing communication and feedback

Successful candidates will be able to bring over an existing book of business and will be rewarded as a valued member of our high performance and pro-sales culture while receiving the highest commission structure and uncapped bonuses on the business you generate.

Qualifications:
•        3+ years of recent IT/ healthcare or finance Staffing/Consulting Services Business Development
•        Successfully sold IT/ healthcare or finance Staffing Services in excess of $1.5 Million in Gross Revenue Annually
•        Highly networked with strong social media presence
•        Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Web-based graphical user interfaces
•        High degree of diligence and accountability
•        Competitive drive, negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently
•        Excellent presentation and written communication skills in consultative settings, including experience with C-Level Executives and Business Owners
•        Ability to travel
