| "ConAgra Foods Adding 200 Jobs in Ohio" |
| |
ConAgra Foods Inc. announced plans for a $70-million expansion of its facility in Troy, Ohio that will create 200 new jobs. The company hopes to have the addition completed within 15 months.
ConAgra Foods expects to add about 75,000 square feet to the facility that is currently 215,000 square feet and employs nearly 400 people. Equipment for four new production lines will also be added. The facility is expected to become the primary manufacturer of Slim Jim meat snacks.
Other brands produced by ConAgra Foods include Healthy Choice, Chef Boyardee, PAM and Banquet among others. |
